The modern day cooking methods like LPG or Electric Cooking don’t bring out the same flavours as cooking over a traditional wood fired stove known as the Chulha. UniquePaths completely relies on cooking over a Chulha or using Bio gas (from Cow Dung) for all its cooking requirements.
